RCF Limited Warranty |

All RCF’s 1.80 Powerglide gear sets (gears only) are warranted for (2) two years from the date of purchase against defective parts and workmanship.All RCF’s 1.76 Powerglide gears sets (gears only)are warranted for (1) one year from the date of purchase against defective parts and workmanship. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. During the warranty period, RCF will replace all gears determined to be defective due to workmanship or material. Shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. Additonal charges will be made for damaged parts due to improper installation, misuse or abuse, improper cooling or low fluid level. This RCF warranty is limited to the value of the parts covered by this warranty. It is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness of the product for any purpose. No other consequential damages or other charges, implied or expressed are allowed. |

1. Failure of a RCF product due to improper installation or maintenance; failure to provide adequate cooling or maintain proper fluid level, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs. |

2. Removal or replacement costs, transmission oil, or shipping costs. |

3. Damage to related components. |

4. Costs incurred due to downtime of vehicle. |

Under no circumstances will Race Car Factory be held responsible for incidental and consequential damages arising from or in connection with the installation or use of any Race Car Factory product. The installation of any Race Car Factory product in a competition or off road vehicle (or any street driven vehicle operated in an unsafe manner) shall indicate an awareness on the part of the customer that he/she is modifying said vehicle to compete with and operate it in a potentailly hazardous environment, and accepts full responsibilty for consequential damages and liabilities, indemnifying Race Car Factory |

Due to the varied conditions of use, Purchaser understands and agrees that Race Car Factory is not responsible for the suitability, for any use whatsoever, of any product, service or part which it manufactures or sells. Purchaser further agrees that the application of said product, service, or part is purchaser’s decision, and purchaser will not rely on Race Car Factory judgment or skill reguarding such use. |

Race Car Factory makes no warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Race Car Factory be liable for any damages of any nature resulting from its performance hereunder, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of use of products or equipment, personal injury or property damage, direct or indirect, incidental special or consequential damages,even if Race Car Factory has been advised of the possilbility of such damages.This limitation of Race Car Factory liability shall apply regardless of the form of action,whether in contract or in tort. |
